About

The Master of Science in Engineering - Infrastructure Project Management offered by the Department of Civil Engineering at The University of Hong Kong aims at providing advanced education in the management of infrastructure projects over their entire life cycle, i.e. from conceptualisation and feasibility studies, through financing, contract administration, design, construction, commissioning, operation & maintenance, evaluation and decommissioning. 

This will draw on and synergise relevant Departmental strengths in construction engineering and management, transport and development, environmental engineering, structural engineering and geotechnical engineering, as well as relevant industry expertise.

Academic Requirements

    The GRE® General Test is a widely administered admissions test that measures the skills needed in today's graduate and business school programs worldwide. The GRE® General Test contains three sections - Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing. Three scores are reported: a Verbal Reasoning score on a 130 - 170 score scale in one-point increments, a Quantitative Reasoning score on a 130 - 170 score scale in one-point increments, and an Analytical Writing score on a 0 - 6 score scale in half-point increments.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from The University of Hong Kong in Engineering or related fields; or an equivalent qualification from another comparable university or institution.
