The European Business Law programme from Lund University provides an in-depth understanding of both the practical and the theoretical aspects of business law within the European Union and of how the internal market operates in a global context. Students also acquire knowledge of EU constitutional law as a necessary basis for a full understanding of European business law.

The European Business Law programme from Lund University programme provides an excellent foundation in the EU constitutional framework and in the workings of the most important European rules governing how businesses operate in Europe. The programme is directed and taught by expert teachers from Lund University, supported by leading academics from other top-ranked universities, and with input from practitioners in key EU institutions, such as the EU Commission or the Court of Justice of the EU, in national authorities and in leading law firms.

Students are able to pursue a one-year or a two-year programme. If the students choose to continue for the second year, they have extensive possibilities to tailor their studies in order to suit their interests and future career ambitions.
