About Behavioral Science at De La Salle University

The major goal of the MA in Behavioral Science at De La Salle University is to enhance knowledge and develop major competencies in the teaching and practice of Behavioral Sciences in both academic and corporate work settings.

Program Learning Outcomes

Explain organizations and social systems using the behavioral science perspective that includes sociology, anthropology, and social psychology.
Advance research addressing socially relevant issues influencing groups, organizations, communities, and social systems in general.
Demonstrate skills in using qualitative and quantitative methods in organizational and social systems’ research.
Analyze and synthesize organizational and social systems’ research findings and interpreting results using relevant research methodologies
Develop intervention strategies and programs for collaborative action that show respect to organizational dynamics, belief systems, culture based and community based perspectives.
Produce master’s thesis in organizational development and/or social systems that would help advance knowledge appreciation and knowledge production.

Two (2) pcs of recent & identical passport size (3.5cm X 4.5cm) ID pictures with white background for the Exam Permit.

Original Copy of Transcript of Records (for those who studied in the Philippines) or Philippine Embassy authenticated original copies of Transcript of Records (for those who studied outside the Philippines).

Photocopy of valid and unexpired passport (bring original for verification purposes).

Certificate of Eligibility to Pursue Graduate Studies – for international applicants whose Certificate of Graduation does not clearly indicate that they are university/college degree holders.

Two (2) Letters of Recommendation.

Personal Statement Containing Academic and Career Objectives (pdf/12kb).
