What Will I Learn?

The Master of Science in organizational development and leadership is an interdisciplinary program that will provide students with several opportunities:

Admission is based on prior academic success, and you may be asked to obtain a satisfactory score on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or Miller Analogies Test (MAT) or interview with the program director.
