Overview
We offer a Master of Public Health in Community Health Education Emphasis, a partnership among the University of Northern Colorado, Colorado State University and the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

All graduates are eligible to sit for the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) exam or Certified in Public Health exam.

General requirements
- You must have received a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Additionally, you must submit official transcripts to SOPHAS from every institution you have attended.
- Three letters of recommendation are required. While not required, it is highly encouraged that at least one letter of recommendation come from a faculty member who can attest to your academic performance.
- Your statement of purpose and objectives should be two pages in length, single-spaced, and should address your career goals and reason for applying to the program. Please make sure to include any past work/internship/volunteer experience and reasoning for how this program will serve your future goals.
- Please submit a recent copy of your resume or curriculum vitae (CV).
