The Human Resource Management programme of University of Worcester is designed for established Human Resource Managers seeking to enhance their career prospects at a senior management level. Applicants will have already gained the CIPD Advanced Diploma in HRM (equivalent to 120 Masters level points) under the current CIPD qualification structure, or will have already gained all four elements of the CIPD Professional Development Scheme (equivalent to 120 Masters level points) under the previous CIPD qualification structure.
