Overview

The Executive Master in European Union Studies (MEUS) at the Institute for European Studies - Universite Libre de Bruxelles is a certificate with a staggered timetable during the evenings or on Saturdays.

The programme includes a common set of core of courses that cover the fundamental aspects of the political, economic and legal integration, a “professionalization” module, a “final dissertation” module and specialized optional modules. Some courses are available online.

General requirements

This programme is organised by the Institute for European Studies of the ULB (IEE-ULB). Based upon a decision by the Academic Council, the Executive Master is open to candidates:

  • Who have 300 ECTS credits in social sciences, economics, political science, law, communications or language studies.
  • Or 180 ECTS credits and at least 5 years professional experience in a relevant field, recognised by VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience).
