The Integral Economic Development Policy program from Catholic University of America teaches graduates to designs and implement effective policies, and design and implement innovative measures to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of policies utilizing sound quantitative tecniques.

Learn technical skills, institutional policy context, and development expertise with an approach to economic science that fosters an integrated way of thinking and provides hands-on experience.The program provides students with:
- An understanding of the role that cultures and institutions play in the development process—in light of an integrated perspective to economic development that is based on sound economic techniques. This program equips students to measure the impact of relational and institutional factors within the economic development process.
- An integrated perspective to economic development—one that understands that economic agents are fundamentally social and relational beings who make decisions and maximize as such, while embedded in complex institutional reality. It recognized the dignity of the human person, the good of the family, and the good of the community as foundational principles of economic development.
- Technical training in economic development, econometric and managerial knowledge and skills needed for policy design, implementation, and impact evaluation—that will achieve integral economic development and build strong institutions capable of supporting successful development initiatives.
- Hands-on experience—the completion of an Applied Research Project provides the opportunity of putting into practice what was learned.
