All the of the BSc-level degree programmes of the III School of Engineering (except for Cinema Engineering and above all Physics Engineering ) provide an adequate curriculum for subsequent enrolment in the MSc programme in Nanotechnologies for ICTs. This MSc degree was the first to be activated in Italy on the important topic of nanotechnologies for information and communication technology (ICT), widely applied to complex engineering problems of various types.

The Nanotechnologies for ICTs programme at Politecnico di Torino are all held in English and provide two different elective curriculums: the first is taught entirely on the Torino campus, while in the second a limited number of students also study at two other polytechnic institutes: the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble and Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
For both orientations, the curriculum provides important contributions in the field of advanced electronics and numerical analysis, as well as solid training in all areas of interest in nanotechnologies specialization.
