Overview
Oncology course of The Institute of Cancer Research is for medically qualified candidates who currently work in the NHS (or a similar clinical service provider) and plan to complete Specialist Registrar training;
This course will help you develop your career by equipping you with a high level understanding of the theory and practice of cancer science, of advanced cancer treatment, and the science of cancer research – all to the benefit of cancer patients.
Key facts:
Although the MSc course is designed to be taught in person with weekly class attendance in Central London, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the course is currently being developed to be delivered by series of pre-recorded and live zoom sessions for interactive teaching and workshops. This will cover the period until it is safe to return to normal on-site teaching. There will be no change to the content, contact hours or method of examination and we will be providing opportunities to network virtually. We will give you as much notice as we can before transitioning back to face-to-face teaching.
