The aim of the Sciences PO – SSE double degree at Stockholm School of Economics is to offer a top-class double degree for graduate students seeking careers in diplomacy, international organizations, social engagement, as well as international business and financial settings where a solid understanding of political dynamics are a crucial success factor.
The two-year framework is welcoming qualified applicants from around the world. Several curricular combinations are possible, and prospective students must meet admission criteria for the chosen master programs at both schools. The first year is spent at Sciences Po in Paris studying on of the available programs at PSIA (Paris School of International Affairs). The second year is spent at SSE in Stockholm studying a MSc in Business & Management, Economics or Finance.
The double degree arrangement will lead to two separate master degrees, one from each institution.
The studies can be completed within two years, however this may vary depending on the program combination and their degree requirements. Completion of this double degree will result in the student having approximately 135 ECTS, rather than the standard 120 ECTS.
