The Technologies of Learning and Communication programme from European University Cyprus (EUC) is geared to prepare educators and administrators in the field to acquire expert knowledge and training in new technologies in Learning and Communication.


The Technologies of Learning and Communication program from European University Cyprus (EUC) seeks to nurture the skills and in depth understanding of this fast changing field to allow candidates to explore and implement contemporary learning methods, tools and contexts and promote the utilization of new technologies in teaching and learning. 

General Objectives

The program aims to:

  • Provide theoretical and practical foundations regarding the application of new technologies in the educational process, as a contemporary evolution of education sciences.
  • Promote critical thinking in relation to the role of technology in teaching, learning and communication.
  • Foster teachers’ potential for expanding their horizons to contemporary theoretical and practical approaches of technology in communication and learning.
  • Modernise and upgrade the pedagogical field, strengthening the human resources of teaching personnel in issues concerning research and application of new technologies within a broader learning environment (and not only in the narrow confines of the school classroom) at a time of ongoing developments in information and communication technologies.


Educators and Administrators will be able to employ their new skills and expertise in the context of public and private education and/or undertake further research in the field.

Academic Requirements

  • The general admission requirement for graduate programs is the successful completion of a Bachelor degree at a recognized institution, or its equivalent (professional qualifications).
  • A completed application form together with a non-refundable fee of €52. 
  • Official copy of a Bachelor’s Degree, in English, from a recognized university, with an average grade of ‘C’ or above, or official copies of professional qualifications.
  • Official copy of Academic transcript, in English.
  • Copy of a valid passport/identity card.
  • Proof of English proficiency.
  • One recommendation letter.
  • Proof of work experience (if available).
  • Official copy of High School Leaving Diploma and grade marksheet, in English.
  • CV.
  • One passport size photograph.
