This Marketing programme at International Islamic University of Malaysia aims to produce critical thinkers and specialists with a high degree of intellect that will contribute to the integration of knowledge based on Islamic and conventional concepts as well as applications of information technology in marketing.


In 2010, the Department achieved yet another milestone with the introduction of the Master of Science in Marketing in 2010. 

This programme offered at International Islamic University of Malaysia aims to provide students with both practical skills and theoretical knowledge that integrate Islamic concepts and values to enable them to become competent practitioners in marketing. In developing this programme, the Department relied on its key strength in the areas of e-marketing, service marketing and marketing of financial services.

A student is required to attain a minimum CGPA of 3.00.Dissertation

After completing all the courses, students will proceed with a dissertation before they can graduate. The dissertation proposal will be developed in their MHTG6140 Marketing Research . Once they have presented their dissertation proposal and the proposal is subsequently approved by the Department Postgraduate Committee, they may proceed with their research under the supervision of the assigned supervisor(s).
