The mission of the Dairy Science and Technology programme from Wageningen University and Research is to support the developments in the dairy chain by providing excellent dairy education (MSc) and by generating new knowledge on milk and its components.
Dairy Science and Technology is a MSc specialisation within Food Technology at Wageningen University. It is a two-year international MSc specialisation in Dairy Science and Technology that focuses on milk and its transformation into milk products.
It is an English two-year MSc specialisation suited to students that have completed their BSc (in food or life science) and want to extend their knowledge on dairy science and dairy processing.
