This International Politics and Europeprogramme at the University of Warwick analyses European politics explicitly in the context of International Relations and International Political Economy. 

It’s for students keen to understand past and present international relations of Europe, and the EU amidst times of crisis and in a constantly changing world. The combination of International Relations and the EU makes this programme distinct from many others. 

The economic crisis in Europe provides an opportunity to explore the global presence of the EU and how it is shaped by growing political and economic challenges. This course examines the EU, its significance for the world system and the various ways in which it engages with the global political economy.
