We accept students who have a bachelor's degree in business or a degree in another field. All of our graduate students have hands-on opportunities to learn practical business applications.
The Business Administration program of The University of Toledo has a market-relevant curriculum and a variety of specializations. Expert faculty members give students an in-depth, well-rounded knowledge of business analysis and strategy.

Business Administration Master's Degree Highlights
Flexible options, ample choices. Online and evening classes allow students to keep working while earning an accredited M.B.A. The majority of our M.B.A. students work while earning their degrees.
Fast-track your degree. Unlike many other universities, UToledo offers students who have Cs or better in specific undergrad business classes a chance to waive up to 18 credit hours. Some students take just 11 classes to earn their M.B.A.
Expert, experienced faculty. Your classes will be taught by business faculty members with Ph.D.s or the equivalent — not teaching assistants. Faculty members have real-world business experiences that they bring into the classroom.
Top-ranked business school. The Princeton Review ranked the College of Business and Innovation (COBI) as one of the nation's best business schools. It repeatedly recognized the excellence of UToledo's M.B.A. program. The COBI Graduate Programs office and Business Career Programs office are committed to helping students be successful. UToledo M.B.A. students receive information about jobs and career counseling from an employer relations and job development specialist dedicated to COBI graduate students.
More than half of UToledo M.B.A. students are already employed and looking to advance their careers. More than 90% of M.B.A. students seeking new jobs receive job placements within three-to-six months after earning their graduate degrees.

- Four-year Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- GRE Requirement
- The GMAT is only required for applicants with a GPA below 2.7 or applicants seeking Graduate Assistantship opportunities. Applicants with a GPA below 2.7 can be considered for a waiver at the discretion of the Associate Dean
- In addition to the official, final transcripts, you must also provide official certified, or attested copies of all graduation certificates, diplomas or degree certificates needed to fulfill your admission
- TOEFL/IELTS/PTE/Duolingo Requirement
- All international students must also demonstrate adequate financial resources for their graduate education before they can be admitted
