Overview
Throughout the Leadership and Organisational Psychology degree from BI Norwegian Business School at our campus in Oslo, you will gain a thorough understanding of theory and research in the area of leadership and organisational behaviour, and develop skills in applying this knowledge to real-life organisational challenges, and identify necessary changes for meeting organisational goals and ambitions.
Study Tracks available:
Sustainable Human Development & Healthy Workplaces: develop the skills to effectively support individual and team development in contemporary organisations and to contribute to the creation of healthier workplaces.
Psychology, Technology & Analytics: develop the skills – related to new technologies, including AI and people analytics – to effectively contribute, as practitioners in organisational psychology, to organisational change and development in connection to the digital transformation.
