The Master of Science programme in Leadership and Organisational Psychology at BI Norwegian Business School will provide you with the required education to implement and lead such processes in organisations, thereby contributing to organisational effectiveness.

What you will learn?

The purpose of the programme is to provide the best possible education and environment for the development of knowledgeable and socially responsible HR-professionals for a variety of companies. You will gain a thorough understanding of theory and research in the area of leadership and organisational behaviour.

              You need the following GPA score:

              • The minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) requirement is 3.50 (B) on an ECTS scale.

              Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).

                The GRE® General Test is a widely administered admissions test that measures the skills needed in today's graduate and business school programs worldwide. The GRE® General Test contains three sections - Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing. Three scores are reported: a Verbal Reasoning score on a 130 - 170 score scale in one-point increments, a Quantitative Reasoning score on a 130 - 170 score scale in one-point increments, and an Analytical Writing score on a 0 - 6 score scale in half-point increments.

                The GMAT - or Graduate Management Admission Test - is a frequent requirement for admission at management and business schools across the world. The GMAT score ranges between 200 and 800 and measures the verbal and quantitative reasoning of test-takers.

              General Requirements

              • A successfully completed Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS credits) in the field of business administration or,
              •  A successfully completed Bachelor’s degree with a specialisation (minimum 80 ECTS credits) in one of the following, provided that the combination of courses gives a good foundation for further studies within organisational psychology: Psychology, Organisation studies, Economics, Various social sciences.
              • In addition to the admission requirements for all MSc degree programmes, applicants to the MSc in Leadership and Organisational Psychology programme require a minimum grade of C in courses of particular relevance to the MSc programme.
