Features
A candidate applying for admission to the Master of Clinical Pharmacy at the Universiti Teknologi Mara is required to submit a research proposal and will be interviewed by members of Postgraduate Committee.
The candidate will be provided with basic courses including research methodology and study design as well as skills to write.
Programme Structure
Courses include:
- Advanced Clinical Pharmacy I: cardiology, respiratory, endocrine
- Advanced Clinical Pharmacy II: haematology, nephrology and gastrointestinal tract
- Advanced Clinical Clerkship
- Advanced Clinical Pharmacy III: neurologic, psychiatric, neoplastic and infectious disorders
- Personalised Medicine: Clinical Pharmacokinetics & Pharmacogenomics
- Advanced Research Methodologies and Application

General requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy (Hons.) accredited by the Pharmacy Board Malaysia with a CGPA of 3.00 and above from UiTM or any other institutions of higher learning recognized by the UiTM Senate
- Degree in Pharmacy (Hons.) accredited by the Pharmacy Board Malaysia with a CGPA of 2.75-2.99 and above from UiTM or any other institutions of higher learning recognized by the UiTM Senate and working experiences of at least 2 year in relevant field
- Degree in Pharmacy (Hons.) accredited by the Pharmacy Board Malaysia with a CGPA of 2.50-2.74 and above from UiTM or any other institutions of higher learning recognized by the UiTM Senate and working experiences of at least 3 year in relevant field
