Overview
Why study this Master's Business Administration - Organisational Design and Development specialisation at Radboud University ?
- Our approach to organisational design and development centres on the societal role of organisations and how this can be addressed in the way organisations operate internally.
- This specialisation offers the unique combination of the design and the development of organisations. Besides addressing structural and economic factors, this specialisation also pays attention to social practices and change processes in organisations.
- You will learn about the impact of organisational structure and how to analyse the need for interventions, as well as how to make conscious decisions about the intended structure and to implement changes in a responsible manner.
- We teach a multidisciplinary approach of organisations with respect to their internal processes as well as their interaction with their environment. We challenge students to include this approach in their work and research. In order to stimulate this, we help students in gaining a strong understanding of research methodology and intervention theory while never losing sight of their practical implications.
