About

The joint Food Identity programme at ESA - École Supérieure d'Agriculture d'Angers (France Agro³) is designed to develop both technical and commercial skills through a curriculum focusing on local and traditional food products through teaching and learning in 4 countries (France, Italy, Romania and Spain).

The course combines theory with practical perspectives gained through practical work in pilot plants, visits to production sites and to retailers. This path gives all the essential ingredients for a successful development and it incorporates marketing of local and traditional food products to the global market.

The continuous changes and globalization of the wine market have resulted in new needs for wine industries and organizations. To meet the needs of the industry, our Master’s degree aims at training flexible and innovative executives and managers. They will acquire skills to play an active role in wine quality improvement from a technical, strategic and commercial point of view.
