The Program
Our Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University fosters inquiry, intellect, and curiosity through an emphasis on the exchange of ideas and perspectives. By taking a range of diverse courses, you’ll develop the research methods needed to conduct substantive studies of the humanities and sciences. You'll also study, analyze, and interpret compelling texts spanning historical, political, social, normative, scientific, religious, and cultural issues. From the Crusades and the U.S. Constitution to Chaucer and Shakespeare, our program offers a holistic view of the past, present, and future.
