Please note effective 20 March 9pm AEDT, the Australian Government implemented new travel bans and restrictions whereby only Australian citizens, Permanent Residents, their spouses and dependants could enter the country. For students who would like to study a course that’s offered on campus, we will work with you to enrol you online first and transition you to campus once the travel restrictions change.

The Graduate Certificate in Organisational Learning from Flinders University  seeks to provide you with the ability to analyse the existing learning and knowledge context for your own organisation, formulate strategies to develop and improve the organisational learning in their workplace, and harness organisational and individual knowledge to achieve strategic goals.

The program is offered by the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work and includes core and option topics from the Flinders College of Business, Government and Law. This gives you considerable flexibility in terms of your future study plans.

Graduates can go on to further their careers in roles such as knowledge managers, human resource managers, school principals, university administrators, and line managers with a strong focus in human resource and organisational development.
