Overview
What will you do at the Property program from University of Adelaide?
You will:
- take core courses in finance, project management, law, development and construction
- build skills through development and design simulations
- travel overseas for a course on International Property
- share a studio with the Master of Architecture and Master of Planning students
- complete a major supervised project on property issues.
Where could it take you?
You might assess the feasibility of a multi-storey tower in Dubai. You could work with landlords and tenants managing retail centres in Sydney. Perhaps you’ll assess the redevelopment potential of properties or advise sponsors on how best to invest.
Career
Graduates of the program will appeal to a range of employers, including: property development companies, property consultants, government agencies, lending institutions and large companies with significant property portfolios in Australia and internationally.
Graduates will be well equipped to pursue careers as a property analyst, property development adviser, property investment adviser or property manager.
