Eligibility
- This Call is aimed at the Mexican population of students admitted to face-to-face and full-time master's and doctoral programs abroad, with equality and without discrimination based on ethnic origin, gender, age, disabilities, social condition, health conditions , religion, opinions or sexual preferences.
