Eligibility
For Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Philosophy (MPhil) applicants:
You are eligible if you meet the standard entry requirements for the PhD or MPhil and plan to undertake your research within the field of veterinary science.
For Doctor of Veterinary Clinical Science (DVClinSci) applicants:
You are eligible if you meet the pre-requisite entry requirements for the DVClinSci Program:
- BVSc (Hons) with honours class IIB or higher; OR
- Postgraduate degree in Veterinary Science of at least one-year full-time equivalent including relevant experience with an overall GPA of 5;
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience or at least 1 year of internship experience with a specialist veterinarian
- Relevant research experience to demonstrate ‘research preparedness’
- Eligible for immediate or current registration with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of Queensland.
